We wish all service professionals could be as punctual, efficient, cordial and executed in such a prompt timeframe. He went above and beyond by making sure we were the least affected by the small amount of cold air that was coming in the front door by sealing it off with a thick tarp. Nosey thieves & liars work here! They snoop threw all your stuff. I had to make a police report to get my personal belongings back from one of there employees. I got the guy on camera. Not a professional company at all. They can't keep the same employees working there, which says alot about them. It's been well over a half a year since the damages were caused by the neighbor & still no work has been done. They have sent 4 different people out all separate times randomly to check the moisture on the walls & for mold. Services: Water damage cleanup, Mold removal, Clean area rugs, Painting, Clean drapes & curtains, Sewage cleanup, Mold inspection, Clean ducts & vents, Clean carpet, Clean upholstery

As usual Brouwer Brothers did a great job cleaning our carpets & upholstery. Our technician Jerry Spencer does an awesome job every time.

I recently had my home rugs & 2 Sofas cleaned by Brouwer Brothers Steamatic. I was very happy with the job Technician Jerry Spencer did on all. I have used this company before & also had the opportunity to have Jerry provide our service then too. He is very professional in his work & his personality shows his commitment to his job.
