Not a way to discourage others here but had to post my experience I had 3 stages of interviews which I actually over performed for a senior It audit role , protiviti replied with an email noting that I was over qualified for the position I applied for and want to have one more interview with me to be considered for a managerial position it took a long time for them to reach out, I was the one following up with emails eventually I got scheduled with interview which I thought was a final managerial interview position , I performed excellently according to the interview but protiviti got me scheduled for another managerial position interview which I did again with a different interviewer.. To my greatest surprise , they didnt reach out till I emailed to know the next stage but email reads I was not picked I now thought of it, why was I not given the very senior role which I excellently performed this took a whole 2months of my time .. this is a very bad process . At the end of it all, they didnt give me the job..
