        Great bank. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful tellers, bankers, and security. Martha, Cesar and Kayla are the best! Its a community bank and they are very warm and welcoming and treat their customers well. A breath of fresh air compared to the large national banks.

        Horrible customer service. I made 8 k payment 9 days ago. Husband went to make another one. Manager said payment was never done and account balance is 13 k more than expected. When we obviously were upset and confused where is the money, manager was trying to give us a number to call on Monday , when all she had to do was to check in her office. Security guard was rude to my husband when he was right all this time
