        I hate saying bad things about people, but this place has provided the absolute worst customer support.  We have been given misinformation over and over, that we took action on, and it caused months of delays and missed deadlines and screwed up our accounting.  We are stunned at how irresponsible and reckless this bank is.  Absolutely stunned.

        The branch manager wasted an hour and just told me he cant open an account for me. Great job citi Edit: the manager constantly made phone calls and went outside. A total waste of time. Never going to citi again

        Please do not trust citibank. My spouse was chatting online on their website and a hacker called her back to steal money using remote desktop access! CitiBank has no security for your money.

        They have terrible customer service I closed my account in April still haven't received my money it's august every time I call they say call back in 24-48 hours or we issued a check wait 10-15 business days it's been months and keep getting the same run around do not bank with Citi bank
