        If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment over the phone with a young lady for a 10 o’clock appointment. Upon arrival I was told by the lady that her 10 o’clock was there and that I would have to wait. The lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive. I won’t be opening up and account here.

        Very bad customer service with this location. The teller Brandi Lewis was very rude and disrespectful making all kinds of nasty faces and smirking while I was trying to take care of my business. I had to call cooperate office and filed a complaint against her. If I could I would give this branch zero stars. They really do need to learn how to talk to people.
