        I love this location! I work next door, and every-time I come in theyre always super friendly and extremely informative! If I didnt already have a credit card, they definitely wouldve reeled me in! Love these guys!

        I accompanied my neighbor and friend Lilli last week to our Chase Bank at 875 North Michigan. We both have used this bank as our primary bank for 20-30 years. Lilli wanted to change the rate of her mortgage which is still 5%. Once the bank had contacted her to change the rate a few years ago and this was very helpful. There were about 10 bank officials present mostly doing nothing yet my friend was told that she needs to call New York to get this done!! This is ridiculous. She should be able to get this done at our bank! Rose Gomez MD
