This is one of the better City tesla superchargers. The only bad thing is the soccer and ice rink severely restrict access to MOST of the chargers.

Is close to downtown perfect place to park the car

Two free charging stations. Located at the back of the Jewel Osco parking lot, with Roosevelt CTA station visible nearby overhead. Two hour limit.
