Terrible attorney, terrible experience takes advantage of those that are desperate and ignorant to the law. He was very argumentative with me when I would request certain things to be done or asked for the plan he never had one. He isn't consistent with communication and meeting times via phone. He did nothing more than what I did for myself. Beware of him wanting to get payment from your desperate situation. He would never would meet me in person. The only benefit I received was from the landlord's attorneys sending people from harassing me. Hire someone that really cares. He is a vulture of an attorney. Response to owner: As I stated before argued more with than for me. U took advantage of a desperate person with a desperate situation and had no plan. U never addressed any of my concerns. Evidence was tampered and u ignored it. I requested u to do many other things that u should have suggested to me for me. If I didn't know my rights and possibilities, u would have had it extremely easy. I stand on what I said about my experience. Terrible!!!

Heavy Hitting, Honest and Reliable After an unscrupulous Chicago landlord violated the RLTO, a collection of building codes, and attempted to illegally withhold my deposit after I vacated my unit, I was fairly irked about having to hire an attorney. In less than an hour after I signed off on the retainer agreement, my landlord begged Andrew for the opportunity to return my deposit and to settle out of court after initially ignoring my calls, texts, emails, and legal notices.
