For 3 years til date my bf and I have been battling his ex in court with lawyers who didn't do their jobs, were negligent, uncommunicative and more yet charging with no proof of anything done and definitely no results. We then had a gaurdiem ad litem enter who instead dof helping made things worse by doing the same. That's with a binder of hard copy documentation, voice recordings, etc. Defeated emotionally,mentally financially and more or less heart broken to know no matter how much we followed the laws and what we provided, his daughter would continue to suffer.
