Shameen and her team are simply first rate. Real estate transactions always have some level of emotionality around them due to the big dollars at stake. Shameen's calm and professional presence brings comfort to even the most skittish buyer or seller. She is fast, efficient, friendly and fair. I actually lectured her that she doesn't charge enough! I would happily and confidently recommend Thakrar & Assoc to anyone buying it selling a home in the Chicagoland area.
