First red flag and proof of her unprofessionalism was that she pictured everything as very simple, latter we realized that she makes things look easy and simple to sell herself, things that she is probably misinformed about but makes it look like is not a big deal, when in reality there is way more to it. For example she mislead us about taxes and percentages, we had to do our own research because her advise sounded kinda sketch. If after reading this you do hire her, be prepared to do your own research just to protect yourself.
Alisa didn't do much for us since the beginning, besides sending automated emails form the MSL and showing a couple houses (which we could have done by ourselves by going into Redfin or any other site) she literally just sat during the whole buying process. Her incompetence made the process extremely stressful for us, she was extremely incapable of providing knowledge and insight we wouldn't otherwise know or even where to find it.
As confused as we were about the properties we were interested in, she was unable to properly educate us about the current market so we knew what to expect, but instead she started pushing us onto quickly make an offer. It even gave us the feeling that she was working for the seller and not for us, making it even more stressful. We felt really unsupported throughout the whole process but unfortunately for us (luckily for Alisa) the property we were strongly inclined for was the one we initially contacted her for, so we made an offer and waited. Throughout the whole process she didn't fulfill her obligations. After we made the offer she basically disappeared, there was always an issue to meet up with her because suddenly she became unavailable. Even when we signed the contract, we had to almost threaten her to walk away from the deal for her to show up and do her job. An agent's job is to make sure you understand the contracts you sign so that you don't get stuck in a bad deal or lose your earnest money, but Alisa was only interested in signing the deal fast for her own convenience. After all, we are very happy with our new home, we are grateful that we had a very good seller that was willing to work with us more than Alisa (our less than subpar realtor).

During our 5 day attorney review, Alisa went on vacation. We had some issues come up during the inspection and I sent her an email asking if we could chat and she responded with I am on vacation and literally have plans all evening. Well Alisa, if you knew you were going to be on vacation and not available, you should have never taken us on as clients. (screenshots attached of emails)
After the review, I asked her to send an updated contracted and she refused. She kept telling me to pull out a page, replace with the new one, scan in then send over to the lendors. If she had the updated contract in full, why make me go through extra steps to get to the lendor. Or why not she send to the lendor? Because she is lazy. (screenshots attached of emails)
The last straw for us before firing Alisa came when our closing date changed. She was going to be on vacation again and tried making us change the date to a day that worked for her. Again, who is the client here?
I would choose anyone over Alisa. She added so much stress to a situation where she should have been relieving it.
