I had the most wonderful experience with Downtown Apartment Company and specifically Asiye! I gave her my budget, work location, information on my pets (aka that I needed to live somewhere pet friendly), and she took care of the rest. She was able to find complexes within my price range and ones with specials, which really opened up my options given my fairly limited budget. I was also connected with the apartments' leasing agents and had virtual tours scheduled (since I was moving from out of state). Overall, Asiye made finding an apartment in Chicago very easy and pain free, especially since I moved from out of state and am not super familiar with the city. Additionally, her communication was terrific: she was transparent, responsive, kind, and most importantly, never got annoyed with my constant questions (LOL)! I highly recommend this company and Asiye specifically!

This was my first time ever using a leasing agent and the experience was great! My agent (Asiye) was very kind and honest throughout the process. She made sure I had many options and did several virtual tours for me. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a new apartment in Chicago.
