Notice of criminal activity in the parking lot. Every day random cars pull into the parking lot and sit there. From middle of the day to middle of the night. This is the only parking lot that is not gated and not monitored and it seems every criminal knows about it. It is not safe for the residents to park there. Lights are still broken and it is dark at night. There are cameras but no one is monitoring them. Police cannot come on to private property unless someone calls them. Horizon Realty Group has a duty to keep the premises safe. Other building owners call the police or a tow truck when an unauthorized car enters their parking lot. Horizon Realty Group does neither. Start calling the police or put a gate on the entrances like every other building on the street.

The parking lot behind the building is unsecured. The lights do not work. It is also a common place for drug dealers to meet up. There are often random cars that do not belong to the residents parked with people just sitting in them. There were 2 U.S. Marshall raids on the building recently to find a drug dealer ring that was renting out unit 103. Their customers still come to the building looking for them.

Horizon Realty Group is using Everywhere Wireless for their internet provider. Their speeds are extremely slow - only 10Mbps down/up. Common speeds in 2021 are 300Mbps-1Gbps. If you are a student or a professional working remotely, this building might not work for you. Management needs to address this issue.
