Please get the issue resolved. The maintenance tickets raised mostly gets completed without actual resolution. Horizon Realty Group is very prompt in ensuring all their payments are covered but lacks in taking care of maintenance tickets getting completed and resolved. The water dripping issue (one of the issues raised) is still unresolved and has damaged furniture. This is the first time I am leading a property from them and in 6 months I have realized they are not very responsible in maintenance but charges tenants for everything including rent payments through banks. I have been dealing with a noise disturbance since moving to Wolcott Court in 2020. Something on or in the roof was causing significant disturbances in the past and is now continuing to cause the same disturbances and disruptions during periods of high winds or significant wind gusts. Horizon Realty Group have ignored recent requests to (re)correct the noise. Recording of the noise available on YouTube. Staff from Horizon Realty Group have yelled at me, insulted me --I am black and was referred to as "you people" and have tried other forms of intimidation to get me to apparently accept the disturbance or at least stop reporting it. After receiving my second notice to deduct rent, I received a threatening phone call from Matt Fox who tried to intimidate me into breaking the lease. Oct 30th, 2021

We lived here for 2 years and for the first 1 1/2 years it was fine, shout-out to Kayla she was an awesome property manager and always respond to our requests, I wish she was there for the entirety of our lease. Then either we got new upstairs neighbors or the building started showing its age, I am guessing both. The noises became unbearable. It seems our new upstairs neighbor works at night shift. It was a struggle every night to fall asleep because we were constantly worried that the upstairs neighbor might fall through the floor. Theres so much noises the whole night so that I couldnt even go to sleep until 4am, 5am sometimes. I had to ask a couple days off from work to catch up some sleep. Ive been trying earbuds and it didnt help much. Them just walking around was deafening, not to mention that we could hear them talking like we were sitting on the other side of the room. We always been woken up by a sudden of weird noises from office chairs, dog running around, sometime we even hear the noise like moving furnitures, furniture breaking past midnight. It was getting ridiculous! After MULTIPLE complaints to our new property manager with the noisy videos I recorded and nothing being done, we moved out as fast as we could because we couldnt deal with sleepless nights any longer and I start seeing doctors because of being anxious, losing hair, I was even worrying about I may get heart attack one day because of the lack of sleep and constantly being woken up by sudden noises over the night. We dont recommend living here unless they fix the floors, and the property managers can do a better job. Oct 21st, 2021
