Living at The Edge @ Sheridan has been AWESOME! In addition to the beautiful location near Lake Michigan, multiple beaches, and easy access to Lake Shore Drive, The Edge is also a fantastic place to live due to the INCREDIBLE Building Manager, Michael and the EVER-HELPFUL Building Engineer, Angel!! They always go the extra mile to ensure that my family and I are taken care of and do so with genuine compassion and understanding. We are so grateful to have found such a great living environment!!

I am so happy and thankful that Michael has come on board he has fixed so much in such a short amount of time . Things before him were such a mess thank you for hiring him he is such a hard worker.

Creepy place to live in , moved here few months ago and I was assured by the leasing agent and the girl who handled my application that theres a parking in the building, however after I moved in they assigned me a parking spot that is 10 min away from the building , had to walk for 10 min in the freezing cold of January to get to my car , I work 7 min away and I have to leave 30 min early just to be on time and you can add the time to every time I want to use my car , besides theres been no hot water for 4 weeks now , theyve been replacing the water pump and its been 4 weeks now taking my shower at the gym and every time you email them they say its delayed , lastly watch out when you sign the contract , this building make you pay for central heat meter they charge for it , so technically you pay your electric bill and you pay them too , the problem is the heat keeps dropping to below 68 and when I reached to them they brought me an electric heater to use , so now I use 2 heaters to keep it warm and my electric bill is more than 100$ for 500sq apartment and you can make the count , stay away from this building its the worst building to live in , Im gonna check with my attorney next week to see how can I leave from this hell
