Edit from previous negative review. First, theres a lot of reviews on here that Id bet money are fake. Specially, the comments praising the new apartment property manager. I can tell you that when Jenn, our old manager, left, this place went to hell. We had the laundry room broken for literal MONTHS and the apartment manager still struggles to get our lease renewals on time and can never be contacted. However, now that the new manager has been in for something like 6 months, its on its way to being better. The complex has undergone a lot of changes and went from being really good with an amazing property manager to having a nonexistent property manager that you can never get ahold of and would never fix anything to now getting back on track. The maintenance people are pretty responsive and professional and the property is super close to things. I wont be renewing because the $300/month rent increase with no upgrades to the apartment isnt worth it, but thats just me. The only negative Ive found to living here is the construction of the building. The ceilings/floors are super thin and you will hear everything from your neighbor. I think its like that at any apartment you get, but I notice its a little more intense here.

Im very happy that jenn Thornton was replace, just as something as simple as the moment she was replaced by Felicia, the laundry door was fixed and now it closes without the need of smash it. When jenn Thornton was managing the building she would send this Latino guy to enter the apartments without prior notice just to see how every apartment was and report it to her .I was a victim of that and I felt like my privacy was violated. Even one time they left their own stuff in my bathroom and when I mention that to jenn Thornton she send the guy when I was not there to take their things, lucky for me I had a camera to see that. I can not express how happy I am with the upgrade. Thanks Felicia.

After the arrival of our new property manager, Felicia, my consistent leak problem + damage on my ceilings and walls was handled with diligence and earnestness and she kept a steady flow of communication with me until the damage was properly fixed. The ceiling and walls look good as new now, which is something I have not seen in awhile. I've been living here for under two years now and my specific unit seemed to have consistently leaking ceilings and was never properly fixed as the issue would reappear again and again (a total of 7 times). Thanks to Felicia and her work on her side of things, it was finally actually fixed.

I have absolutely loved living in this apartment and am sad to be leaving. It's the cutest and coziest place and was perfect for all of my needs. The building is well maintained, clean, and comfortable to be in! Along with this, management - particularly Felicia Bowman - has been so wonderful and helpful during my time in the unit. They are extremely responsive to questions and maintenance requests, along with being super friendly and supportive. I absolutely recommend this unit to live in if you're looking for a cute and cozy place!

I love living here, the units are well taken care of and the neighborhood is nice and friendly. The current property manager Roxette really goes above and beyond to make sure were comfortable, happy, and safe. When I was having an emergency she checked on my cat for me and was so kind and accommodating. We feel right at home here and are well taken care of; I cant recommend this place enough!
