        Went there yesterday and ordered 3 burger meals, as soon I as ordered I decided to change my drink so I called in to the store and they told me it had already been made mind you I just left the menu. Fine. I went to the window and asked there to change it, the young lady was nice and said sure. I pulled around the curb to wait and ended up waiting for 15m. There were a lot of cars that had been waiting a long time. When I got my food, there was a visible hair sitting in my concrete specifically the drink I asked to change. I live less than 10m away and when I got home my food wasn't even barely warm. Like why was it a long wait if the food wasn't cooked fresh, and the hair smh
