After buying some rental properties and adding some of the other complications that come along with adulting, our taxes had become unwieldy. Marty was able to quickly and painlessly get us back on track and confident in our future. I have subsequently referred him to many friends and he has delivered great service consistently.

While Marty was pleasant to meet in person, I really regret pursing his services. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had in hiring a service. Not speaking in hyperbole, honestly, the worst experience I have ever had working with any service. Response times range from 14 to 45 days - even with daily reminders. Our taxes were filed on April 15, 2018 at 9:00 pm -- despite meeting and discussing many weeks before hand. Marty constantly assured us that things were taken care of but come to find out, he did nothing. Told us he could reduce our student loans - they increased - and cost us more in taxes. All we wanted was some peace of mind and assistance with taxes, we ended up with a large ball of yarn that we now have to unravel with a different accountant. Simply put, he was a terrible communicator (writing as much in email to us), told us repeatedly that things were taken care of when they were not, was not knowledgeable in the areas we requested assistance, constantly messed up our books/payments in QuickBooks and never kept us up to date on any of our ongoing issues.
