Jesenia is an expert at what she does. She is reliable and very affordable. I have been coming to Vivid Tax for many years and every year I am completely satisfied. I have referred a lot of my family member throughout the years and they are very loyal to her because she is loyal to all of us. I usually don't sign on to review a company unless it's lousy. I HAD to sign on to review VIVID because of its surprisingly FRIENDLY, COMPETENT and for going ABOVE and BEYOND their scope of duty. Jess and Mattie are my angels. And I know my review sounds over the top but they truly are over the top in customer service. How many companies can you say that about in this world today? Their prices for service are excellent and when I had an appointment to have my taxes done, I fell down cement stairs at home and could hardly move. That didn't stop their service - they came to me! One of 2016's pleasant surprises. You won't regret using VIVIDS' services.
