As a Chinese, I write a Chinese comment for your reference. I hope everyone, especially those who dont speak English, will pay careful attention. The attitude of this accounting firm is okay, neither good nor bad. The problem is that they won't help you get what you deserve at all, they just help you fill out the form. To describe it in English, it is, they don't know what they are doing. Totally unprofessional. For example, under Obamas insurance a few years ago, those who did not buy insurance were subject to fines. The problem is, as long as your income is not very high (for example, 60,000-70,000 yuan per person), you basically dont need to be fined. You can just fill in unaffordable, and you dont need to submit anything at all. This store will never mention this to its customers. What's more, they missed something and made a mistake. This caused the guest to pay a fine of more than 1,000 yuan. Want to go there and make corrections. Those people said there was no such thing. Not even basic professional ethics. I hope all Chinese friends can find a suitable accounting firm.
