Would not recommend. When an issue arises Mariano will not take full accountability. The way he spoke with so much defense and attitude. Business should not be his profession. My parents have been coming to this tax professionals office for several years. They have never had an issue with them and have been satisfied. However, my parents received a letter this year that states that they owe $1150 because they failed to file 2021 tax returns. I contacted the IRS and they advised that the tax professionals did not submit the tax returns for 2021 until November 2023 with no extensions. I would have respected this business way more if they took accountability for their mistake but to blame the customer and make up a random reason as to why they were charging my parents $1150 was insane to me. I spoke to the IRS and the rep told me exactly what the charge was for and Mariano argued the reason was because thats what my parents owed them for removing a dependent. I explained to Mariano that in the letter it clearly states failure to file. He became so defense and couldnt show me proof he file prior to the date that was in the letter. Stay away. We run a business and if we make a mistake we fix it.
