A few years ago, knowing I likely had hearing loss I went to a different Audiologist. I felt rushed to make a hearing aid purchase. I did not make a purchase and decided to wait to purchase hearing aids.
This summer I made my first appointment with Ron. It was a completely different experience! Ron has taken the time to make sure I purchased the correct devices for my needs. Even more impressive has been the follow up care. He really listens and addresses any concerns I have.
I highly recommend Ron! Of course I still wish I did not need hearing aids, but it's wonderful to hear so much better.

I recently convinced my mother, who was having trouble with her hearing aids, to see someone other than the kind staff at a large box store we all know and love, for help. Based on Google reviews, we chose to make an appointment with Dr. Ron at Centrum Hearing. I was relieved to learn it was next to Freddys (convenient and easy to find) and completely relieved to hear from my mother how kind and solicitous his office staff were in helping her to make an appointment. (As it turns out, Krissy is even more charming in person!) Dr. Ron not only cleaned out my mothers ears (a service not available at the box store we all love) but he cleaned the hearing aids, tested her hearing, compared her test to previous test data stored in the hearing aids (who knew that was possible?!) and advised her that what she had was doing the job, no need to upgrade or change aids, and assured us that he would contact all of his patients when new tech becomes available that he thinks could significantly improve their hearing. He adjusted the volume up a titch on her hearing aids, recalibrated them, and sent us on our way with a total charge of $30 for the ear cleaning. We couldnt believe it excellent listening skills, a wonderful person, a super charming assistant, and we werent upsold even though I asked if there was anything newer that could improve her hearing!! I cannot recommend this office and this audiologist highly enough. He has two new clients for life.
