        If I could give zero stars I would. My 401k was 12,000 when transferred to MS, with in a few years I was sent a check for $500 and they closed my account. I will never do buisness with them or any affiliate again.

        I have used both Morgan Stanley and Fidelity employer's stock participation plans and for this purpose Fidelity is better. Selling stock has more options with a realtime quote right on the transaction page. They also have better alerts and communication about account activity. Morgan Stanley is worse in both cases.
