        Me and my friends were excited to come and see the new renovated restaurant. Upon arrival we waited 15 minutes for someone to come speak to us and all the staff stayed in the kitchen. They did not acknowledge our group even being there or check in to let us know they would be with us shortly.

        Newly redesigned, but same good chicken. My kids really loved the beast box when that was a thing. And the spicy chicken tacos.

        1/18/2025:Service was slow, it took more than twenty minutes for us, group of five, to get our food. The floor was slippery like someone mopped with dirty water, the bathroom had no paper towels, fries were cold. No manager around to care about customer service. Never coming back to this Zaxbys again.
