I purchased a townhouse i Port Wentworth about 5 years ago and it has been a nightmare from the time I moved in. Such poor work, the lighting in one
bedroom quit working 3 years ago. The fixtures in bathroom are falling off. The air condition vents are loose, were never fixed properly. Please beware of this builder. You will be very disappointed. Beware of shoddy work by homes going up quickly and no one seems to be inspecting them like in the city of Savannah.
