Life Cycle OB GYN & Pediatrics | Dr. Braswell

My so called gynecologist didn't do my 6 week exam and still tried to charge me for a full exam! Then when I took my 6 month old daughter at the time to get her check-up, they had changed systems but didn't notify me until the day of her appointment. No phone call, email, text, fax, NOTHING! The worse part about it, the so called secretary or whatever she was supposed to be had an attitude when she was telling me about it. She said "she's not even in our system". Then lied about it and said she's in our system but under the old system and they don't have access to that system anymore. It took all of my strength not to pull her from behind the desk and choke that being. I was livid! I had to leave before I end up in jail. They are NOT the best place to go because it'll be a waste of time. They are so unprofessional.

Worst place ever. I wish I had seen the reviews before they hustled me out of all my HSA money on the 4th day of a new year at that. They charged me for things that should have been included and didnt tell until the visit was over. What I was quoted before was significantly different once the visit was over. Poor communication. Please dont come here. Find another practice. Everywhere might be expensive depending on your plans but at least they are not taking advantage of ppl and charging you without your consent. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE OR ANY WITH THAT NAME..

*This review is in regards to the OBGYN services at this location Not pediactrics* I was intrigued about this practice from a billboard i see in the area of which i live, i figured i would support a practice close to home. This is my second pregnancy but my first time going to life cycle ,the first midwife i seen i do not recall her name but she was black with a short fingerwave hairstyle and looked very clean. But as far as friendly behavior she was severely lacking in that department and behaved as if she didnt want to be there and was irritated. She conducted my pap smear and early ultrasound. I didn't think it could get any worse in till i came back to life cycle for my 2nd appointment with anne sigouin my god where do i start. I was coming in for testing results and she walks in her first words are "how do you pronounnce your name?" No hello no introduction nothing. I tell her and her response was " i never heard that one before." So she read me my results and as i inquire as to what exactly she is diagnosing me with she said "oh its very common almost everyone has it" that thats supposed to make me understand what she is saying i have. Never the less google was practicer for the night for me to gain the answer to my simple questions of which she should have been able to answer. 3rd visit with anne sigouin was even worse then before. Smh i came in for a ultrasound my ultrasound tech behaved more professional and friendly then the midwife who is supposed to be my primary care provider. After my ultra sound, i ask sigouin for a type test that i want ran for my health. And her reply to me a person who has insurance and money is "that test is to expensive, it doesn't matter what type i have the treatment for said illness is still the same." Which is completely false! I politely tell her i still want the type test conducted and she begins to get more and more angry raising her voice over mine. And im jus thinking wow shes conducting herself like that is in front of her trainee thats in the room. Trying to deny me of my right for further testing. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION FOR OBGYN CHECK UPS! i will try 1 last Doctor from another life cycle office,but if that experiance is bad or god forbid worse i will not be coming back!
