My daughter had her new patient appointment today. After reading many negative reviews, I didnt know what to expect. Although the office is very old school with the lack of technology, the staff and Dr. Olson couldnt have been nicer. We felt good about the visit and will be back.

Dr. Olson listens and shows compassion with your concerns. I feel very comfortable in knowing that he's not going to stop until he discovers my diagnoses. Tyler who works wit Dr. Olson is very aware and takes time to explain what he's doing before he gives a test. Very professional and is a peoples person.

I just recently saw Dr. Olson . He was wonderful, listening to my concerns and doing his examination. He put me at ease. His office staff has been very responsive and I haven't had any issues getting in touch with them.

Do not, under any circumstances, consider services from this office. The administrative staff and the current medical assistant are the most remarkably useless, unhelpful, untruthful and outright rude medical professionals Ive ever encountered. The most basic functions have to be constantly followed up on as they do not track nor care for patients. Dr. Olson is well enough whenever youre able to get to him. His representation by way of the staff of this office could not be any worse.
