As an Amazon Delivery driver bringing packages to them, Disgusted with their attitudes when I walked in when I couldve simply left the HEAVY package outside fr them to come and pick up. I walked in smiling, saying hello, and it was dead silent, and the looks were atrocious. Not sure why they have so many good reviews, but the customer service is horrible to me. They definitly paid people to write these reviews. From now on the packages will be left outside for them to carry. Toodles.

Highly recommend humanizing medicine. Personalized and compassionate care. Knowledgeable doctors and staff. Basic membership includes supportive/preventative services (movement and compresses). Best of all, each person is treated like a human!

I had 2 phone calls and the NP in December & we agreed it was not a good time for me to pursue treatment. She told me if I ever needed future help to call back. That happened in December. In Jan. & Feb. &March I was billed $75. I didn't notice it until Feb. at which time I called. I was told I needed to sign a contract to terminate the automatic withdrawal. The NP never told me I needed to do that... So when I called in Feb. I was sent a contract to sign to terminate my membership. I signed it. I was again charged in March.I called Michaela & told her that I just thought the communication between me &the nurse was sufficient to end my membership.she said "she's new." So apparently I'm paying for her training. Their name is a misnomer. It's about $$ I will be refunded for March within 5 to 7 days! I would NOT recommend. Also Machaela never said I'm sorry!!!! There were also some issues with the supplements prescribed but I'm not even going to go into that.. I amt out $150 for January and February.
