If I could rate this office as a zero I would. The office staff is horrendous. Rude. No service and potentially dangerous as they dont care about the patients. My blood pressure medicine needs a signature from my doctor. Its over a week now since contacting his office multiple times. All they say is; well mark your request as urgent 1 and a half weeks later and still nothing. The patient portal is a joke. No answer to my messages and no response to my pharmacy who has reached out on my behalf. I was transferred to a nurse yesterday and when I said, This is unacceptable, she hung up on me. I called again today and got a nicer nurse who said, Well mark your request as urgent blah blah blah. Meanwhile I could have a stroke or something and it would be their negligence. Do not waste your time with this location or this practice.

Horrible service. If your life is in their hands good luck. I have been trying to get my blood pressure medicine refilled for over a week now. Multiple phone calls, patient portal messages, messages sent via the patient portal and faxes from my pharmacy. and no prescription or any help whatsoever. Yesterday I called and was finally transferred to a nurse who purposely hung up on me because I complained that this service was unacceptable. My doctor is retiring at the end of the month.. we received notice 3 days ago. Nevertheless he is still at the practice. Why cant another physician at this practice take care of my prescription? This is blood pressure medicine. I have none left. BTW: this shoddy customer service is not exactly a new thing. I like my doctor. The office staff is 100% unprofessional.

Please choose some other primary care practice where you can actually get an appointment when you are sick. The only appointments I've been able to properly schedule with this practice is an annual physical, which is always a few months out from when I call. It's unbelievable that I can't get a sick visit scheduled without at least 2 weeks notice. Today, I can't get connected to the nurse since they apparently need to talk to me to determine if I'm actually in need of an appointment or not. I've called several times just to have a conversation with the nurse so that I can get any help whatsoever. However, I've never actually been connected with a nurse, and their call back system must not work because I've never gotten a call back from them. I should not be forced to ignore my symptoms and just move on just because I can't see my own doctor when I'm actually in need of them.
