The most sorryest experience I have ever had. I needed a paper sign to go back to work and they gave me the run around for a week. I gave up and told them I would find me another primary doctor. No professional service at all.

Dr Ross is a wonderful Doctor. She does move really slow and the wait times can be a little much but I wouldnt choose any other Primary Care physician. I have been coming to her for 20 years and she will always take her time and talk to her patients making sure that she understands the issues and that she addresses them accordingly. If Dr. Ross cannot fix it she will send you to a specialist assuring you that you get the help needed. I appreciate her taking time with me and giving me the attention I need despite the long, long wait. It is worth it. Georgia Clinic needs to stop overbooking her. Eight people with the same appointment. Now thats ludacris!

Believe the reviews! Not one lie told. I went out of convenience and a physician that looked like me, and it turned out to be the most unprofessional and inconvenient experience ever. The only positive is that the staff are friendly but all seem inexperienced. The wait times are ridiculous. The provider never called to provide lab results, even missed a scheduled telehealth visit specifically for this. They did not send prescriptions to the pharmacy. All were handwritten, even non narcotics, and it was always a discrepancy with them at the pharmacy.
