        Called on 1/14/22 and made an appt for 2/14/22. Arrrived at my 8:30 appt time but door was locked. Called and no answer. Sign on door said Hours Mon-Thurs 8:30-4:00. Called two days later and the employee said they are closed every Monday and said that I was not in their system. Confirmed practice name and address, and I still have no idea what happened.
