We recently sold our first home and Sierra guided us seamlessly through the whole process! She was very responsive and patient with all my questions and shared all her knowledge with us with each offer presented. We ended up having to move to another state before closing and she generously ensured all repairs were completed to standard and closing went smoothly for us despite being states away. She is extremely kind and was always a pleasure to talk with. Sierra was great! I was in a bind because the initial realtor and home I was going to buy fell through. I had no idea what to do, I was moving to Augusta from out of state and Sierra was strongly recommended, so I reached out. She IMMEDIATELY contacted me and the very next day was already showing me houses. She listened to what I was searching for, she caught on to my likes and dislikes in a home. She kept me in a specified school zone. Ultimately within 3 days she found us our home! She negotiated exactly what we wanted done and ensured everything was up to par for my family. We moved in after a month. I couldn't have wished for a better realtor. What truly helped was that she understood me and my family. She's a mother, an Army wife, and because of this she understood the complexities and time constraints of my move. If you're looking for a realtor who is so kind and hard working, you've found her! She's amazing!

Sierra was incredible to work with! We were first time buyers living overseas, and were very nervous to do it sight-unseen. But she was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions, helped us understand every step of the buying process (especially using the VA loan) and helped us feel confident when making an offer. We toured houses over zoom, and she was so descriptive in the things she saw, heard and smelled that it often felt like we were there in-person. She was very down to earth while remaining professional, which helped us feel more comfortable to be vulnerable in a situation like ours. We had such a good buying experience with Sierra that we are working with her again, to sell!
