Today marks our one year anniversary from our closing date! I had decided I wanted to do a review one year after our purchase of our home as a testimony to Kalista Cave. Within this year we have filled up our home with memories that cannot be replaced. Rewind to about 3 years ago (2020) when I had originally contacted Mrs. Cave. We were undecided as to where we wanted to live (on or off post). She sent an abundant of information on the process of buying a home even though we were states away. She promised us a very similar experience of house shopping even though we werent local. The videos her and Matt sent were very thorough. While doing the virtual house tours there was no nook or cranny missed. It felt as if we were there. We ultimately decided we would live on post as it was a convince. Unfortunately, that convince was at a cost. Yet again I reached out to Kalista. She was the same patient knowledge-able person we had grown to love after out first experience. There was no animosity even after the first fall out of buying a house. She took my family under her wings and guided us to our home now. She laid out all the pros and cons to each and every house we toured regardless of the price. The buying process was very much like our initial one with her. She had our family's intentions whether it was in 2020 or in 2022. She completely understood. Looking back, we should have gone through with buying a house at the beginning. My family is forever grateful for everything she has done for us. I have attached a picture of our family and not the house because she truly was looking out for us not the paycheck. This is me letting you know SHE IS YOUR GIRL!!! You will not regret it! Only smart people use Kali!

I could not rave about this woman enough. Three years ago, I moved to Augusta, GA with nothing but a few boxes of stuff and my 1.5 yr old daughter. I needed to get into a home so I could get settled before starting work. Kali knew my timeline, crash-coursed me on VA loans and knew how a previous realtor had wasted my time. I could not believe the moves we made and how she got me into a house in a matter of 3 weeks. Fast forward to three years later and she helped me sell my home prior to my cross country move to California. She ran through a list of all the things I'd need to make selling my house a success. She gave me contacts to people in the area that she trusted to clean and fix up my house. They were all fantastic. I hardly had to lift a finger to sell my house because she did all the heavy lifting when it came to listing, taking pics and advertising my home. In less than a week, I'd gotten a buyer, with a great offer and sold my home for over my asking price. I'm currently in California buying my second home and Kali continued to offer me advice on this buying process. I'm currently waiting to close on my second home :) If you're looking for someone who cares, someone who is efficient, knowledgable and won't want to waste your time, Kali is your woman!

A year ago Kalista sold my home and got us cash! Everything you read about her is true! She is kind but direct. She is smart, upbeat, and knows her stuff. She was able to tell us exactly what was needed. So naturally when it came time to sell of course Id use her again. Shes able to refer anyone needed. She was detailed in her property description. Her photographer works with her to establish the proper angles and produce some really amazing pics. Its the details that will sell your house, especially the ones you wouldnt think matter but do, or the ones I might of missed on my own. She is very professional in her approach, and transparent in her delivery, even if she knew I wouldnt necessarily agree. When negotiating, she knew which offer was the best to select and exactly how to counter. Minor things, like the little differences between loan types, hidden stipulations and timelines. There were amendments, addendums and so forth. Her representation sets the bar. Kali, thank you for being you. I really do appreciate all you have done and cannot thank you enough!
