iwi fresh Resting Spa

This place is superb!!! I will definitely be back. The ambiance is so welcoming & calming. After my massage I could barely walk straight (a testament to how relaxed I was!) and the facial - Chefs Kiss! One of my top 5 birthdays to date!

I went to the 1800 Jonesboro location to the diy general admission area. It is extremely clean and smelled like the clean spa scent. There weren't too many people, which is always a plus as I brought my 9yr old daughter for her first spa experience. We were provided a shirt, pair of shorts, and a one-size-fits-some bathrobe (if you're a size 18+, the robe will not fit). Also, bring your own socks! Majority of the diy sections are for meditation such as the plant room, relaxation area, and the Himalayan salt room. I will say the energy here is blessed. I've been to several spas and never felt the vibrations I felt here. My daughter and I both fell asleep as the atmosphere was at peace. There is a diy body scrub area with shower that was nice, after sitting in the saunas. The young lady who checked us in was more than accommodating. She made us feel comfortable and answered all of my questions without judgement. It was an experience and my daughter loved it! I would recommend Iwi Fresh for a first-time spa experience. Next time I go, I plan to get additional services.

I LOVED this space of serenity!! I haven't felt peace like that in a very long time and would strongly recommend taking the whole day to spend here if you can! The additional services were both versatile and A1. I enjoyed the easy access to multiple business within the facility, the book selection and the customer service provided. I will be back!

What a relaxing & healing space! It felt timeless. So excited we now have our own spa retreat on the South side. I actually tasted salt in the air of the salt room. One suggestion: Install a grab bar in DIY scrub shower. Best wishes for success!
