I came to the clinic as a walk in and waited patiently for a spot to open up. Online and signs say that lunch starts at 130pm it is 1pm and one person has not showed up I waited during 4 patients and sat quietly when the "nurse" comes up and says all her patients have come and the clinic is closed until 230pm. I notice one person's name says "not present" and I ask what about them? she says she's doing their paperwork....but they aren't here... Let me tell you btw one person "Ferguson" was not even on the list but for some reason she took them. Again it's 30 min until she even goes on break. But okay, thank you for caring for the sick.

Worst customer service ever in HISTORY!! Came in because I had a ear infection. No one was at the front desk. The doctor comes out a older Caucasian lady with one eye. She ask if I have a appointment. I tell her no. She then rudely ask what I do I need? I then tell her I have a ear infection and that no one was out here. She rudely states I have to make an appointment most people who come here know that already and tells me to make an appointment and that is the only way she can see me. Then walks off and closes the office door!!! I gladly drove to piedmont emergency room with a real doctor who knows how to treat people.

I wish I were able to leave 0! I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 online. I arrived and proceeded to check-in on the kiosk. There is absolutely no one there to assist and it freezes! Great! I see a woman walk from the back in what looks to be a white coat. She ignored. Minutes continue to go by and when she finally returns she asks if I needed help when I replied yes that I was having problems with the kiosk. She asks if I had an appointment to which I replied yes and she says oh the system cancels your appointment after 10mins. The amount of time I had been standing there also within the time you walked right by me (hmmmok) she then offers me a walk appointment if there are any available. To which, I declined!! Horrible customer service! This is a very central location but dont waste your time!!!!
