Modern Internal Medicine Urgent and Primary Care

This was my first time going to this MIM Urgent Care and it was great! The staff was professional and nice. I will come back if needed too .

I visited this urgent care location because of the wide availability of appointments and the positive reviews. However, my experience here was not positive. I had a 1:20pm appointment, with no one in front of me when I walked in. I wasn't seen until 2pm. An older man walked in at 1:30pm stating he was 30 minutes early for his 2pm appointment and was seen immediately. I was informed my provider didn't see me because they had an emergency. When I was finally taken back,I noticed the building was tiny. I needed an X ray and I could tell the location wasn't equipped with one. One of the staff confirmed they didn't have an X ray, and if I had an injury requiring x Ray, I'd be referred out. This place is also not aesthetically attractive, it's small, hot, and outdated. In the lobby someone stating they were a nurse asked me to participate in a weight loss study where they text reminders to exercise and eat healthy. This supposed study did not offer any incentives and there was no information about this study, which made the situation seem suspicious. I left without even seeing the doctor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They are very unprofessional taking money from the middle class by charging their insurance on tests that was not perform and I know a MA they use without paying her for a month like any other business they all about taking sad
