        The ladies at the cashier window were very polite and respective to the 82 year old Mom who came to get a car owned by her, but driven by her grand daughter who was in an accident. The guy at the attendance lot was a little over aggressive though. When we got there ( it's rare that we have to get a car. Grand daughter was hit by another driver). He told us we couldn't come in the open gated lot. We saw handicapped parking space near the front building door. When we completed transaction and car release, we gave granddaughter paperwork to get car from A Tow. For The minute we waited to get transaction receipt, the car lot guy was telling me we had to move from handicap spot, which we had a tag for, we needed to move our car for others and park across the street. Annoyed because we not there any longer than my minimum walking mother needed be. Staff lot personnel need to be more observant. Additionally, there needs to be better signage for entry door and for customer parking. May need more light to highlight entry door.

        The people here are nasty and rude. Zero human decency or understanding. They lack compassion and basic courtesy. All the employees are miserable and rude. I pray for the people whose cars get towed here because they are in for an extremely unpleasant experience. Just all around a terrible establishment with scammers and lazy rude staff. DO NOT have your car towed here!

        Service here is terrible. The employees are miserable, rude, and no help at all. They will straight up ignore you at the front window. Horrible customer service and all around terrible people. Do not have your car towed here. And if you get towed and your car is here buckle up for an awful experience.

        It's so sad how they charge people who cars get impounded 25 dollars a day somebody has to stop it county or government this is ridiculous it needs to be stop impounds really robs people they so greedy who made them like that it's really sad
