        Absolute worst customer service and completely not worth the money. I was fine with the egregious 600$/month fee, with the understanding I would have top notch service and the best internet for my area. The router that was sent was subpar as it needed another unit to actually send the signal out farther than 30 ft (unobstructed.) I sent constant requests for a reasonable solution to no avail, it was always "let me see what we can do and I'll get back with you" and they just kick the can down the road with no resolution... After month 1, my bill went to 1500/ month. My supposed usage doubled even though the location was empty for 14 days longer than the previous month.
