I decided to use this company as the reviews appeared to be great and I must state the representatives are nice. I am giving them 1 star because customer service, in regards to communication and timely response which is important to me was a total fail!. Once they get your money, good luck in getting timely responses and communications to your inquiries.

First off - I don't mean this review to be a slam against Mr. Williams and his consulting. There's plenty of great reviews, but my personal experience did not meet my expectations. Secondly, I'm far from a CPA/tax expert. So, take this for what it's worth.
My wife and I sold our home this year and wanted to confirm our understanding of capital gains when staying in the home for less than a year. I conducted plenty of research prior to the sale of our home and after, but wanted an expert to confirm what our research indicated, again, as I am not a tax expert.
Mr. Williams was very cordial. Our personal experience with him was great. Very professional and a pleasure to speak with. I explained mine and my wife's situation clearly. We were told our understanding of the IRS regulations providing us an exemption for capital gains tax was incorrect and that we were looking at a hefty tax bill and would not receive an exemption. We were also advised to start a business to help off-set some of the taxes we incurred with the sale of our home (I understand the logic, but it's not something you do on a whim just to avoid taxes).
Knowledge is a huge part of giving tax advice, and I believe in our experience, this firm fell short. I spoke with two additional tax advisers after this meeting and both confirmed my wife and I understood the IRS regulations correctly.
Friendly advice to Williams Accounting - if you're unsure of the answer to the question asked, there's no shame in asking the person(s) if you could confirm and get back with them.
Again, not a slam against Mr. Williams at all, but we all can use a little constructive feedback from time to time, myself included.

I have used Williams Accounting for all my tax needs since moving to Atlanta 10 years ago. They have always provided great service and I refer all tax-related business to this establishment!
