This company and their website are on a great trajectory. Thing to improve: - Site is still a little hard to navigate, but they are quick to take suggestions. Things to shout about: - Exceptional, responsive customer service for both tenant and landlord - Great price for the service! - Automated late fees and tenant reminders - Email system between tenants and landlord about anything, including maintenance - Great basic service for individual landlords and small businesses I expect to add the 5th start in a couple months. Well done, y'all.
