        Allseated is the best for floor planning and 3D Viewing. They can also create stunning models of any venue. Its user friendly and their customer support is easy to reach so Im not sure why other reviews say its not! I recommend them to everyone.

        They do not answer the phone! We paid annual subscription in September and are locked out of account and no one responds to phone calls or emails for support.

        User interface is horrible. Forget accessing this on your phone. Not to mention the seating chart itself being finicky.

        I've been waiting for the new floor plan for 7 days instead of 72 hours. Be careful and consider a week to get a floor plan in case if your client need fast layout.
