        Too cheap to fix the automatic doors, been broken for days. The sign says they're fixing it but no one's ever here to repair them, now it's the weekend. My money is not well spent here.

        Karen is unprofessional and extremely rude. Since day one when signing up shes been aggressive and disrespectful towards me. When signing up with her coworker Kareem she kept inserting herself in our private conversation trying to get me to buy a lock and insurance. I kept telling her I had my own lock and I didnt want insurance since I knew I was going to be there for a short time. Kareem and Nicki both agreed that, that decision was up to me and fine with them. but Karen wasnt having it, she tried her best to get me to buy a lock although I made it clear I had my own. Karen even went as far as saying youre putting your stuff in storage for a reason, you dont want to protect your stuff? which made me feel very uncomfortable because why are you in my business. Her manager Nicki did nothing to correct this nasty behavior. Moving forward after less than a month Ive decided to move my things out and Karen is attempting to charge me a full month rent instead of the prorated amount and the manager Nicki is allowing this. I plan on contacting corporate to find a resolution to the interaction ive had with Karen. Everyone has been pleasant except for her. Better luck to whoever choose to rent here.
