Our roof had a leak and Rosie's roofing came out to do an inspection which provided great photos of the issues and a quote explaining how the problem would be fixed. Working with Adrienne on the estimate was very helpful and I appreciated how quick they were to get out and inspect the issue. We ultimately went with a different vendor but appreciated the service from this company.

After a hail storm recently, I called Rosies Roofing to see if we had any hail damage on our fairly new roof. Courtney was very responsive and came out within a few days. She didnt find any hail damage, but she did find a couple points of concern that she photographed and talked me through. She was extremely prompt about scheduling a technician to come double check the situation, and he gave me a rundown about how the roof looked. I didnt end up needing repairs, but I almost wish I did so I could hire them! Courtney was super friendly, communicative, and organized, and her technician David explained thoroughly what was going on with my roof. I would definitely hire them for any future roof-related issues.

I would not recommend Rosie's for your roofing services. The roof was put on in a timely manner and works great. However, they rushed to do the project while we were out of town and after the fact we knew the reason. They left a huge mess of nails and trash all over our exterior areas of our house including our drive way where we could have put a hole in our tire. They did send one person to clean it up, but we still found nails weeks later. They put in their contract that they will leave a clean site and use a magnetic bar to pick up all the nails, which was not done. They broke two strands of deck lights and left our furniture all moved around. They did compensate us for the deck lights, but leaving us to find all of this without letting us know was extremely unprofessional. Honestly that wasn't the worst part though. A few weeks later we noticed our AC unit wasn't working and it's an older unit so we decided to get a new one. It turns out there was a new nail that punctured the cooling system. The AC workers confirmed this and took a picture. The AC unit worked prior to this as well. So we had a get a whole new unit from this mistake. Again, the roof works great and they finished in a timely manner, but at what cost? Service: Roof damage repair
