        I have had 2 appointments cancelled by staff stating in error . They waited 2 weeks after appointments were scheduled each time to inform me. I feel the staff is obviously very incompetent. Going elsewhere, sick patients dont have time to wait and wait because of their continual incompetence to schedule appointments correctly.

        Terrible staff taking 5 days to open emails. They do not send your prescriptions on time to pharmacy or do not send it flat out. You have to run after them and send them the same request to renew the prescription with your pharmacist over and over. Communication is terrible.

        I have a relative who has visited this department for years. Dr Karen Law was kind, courteous, and professional. She explains things well and she really cares for her patient. The staff is professional.
