Had the Pleasure of Working with Chef D and his team! VERY, VERY accommodating considering the circumstances. Communication was always there. He and his team showed up with smiles, ready to go. They were prompt, on time, had everything they needed, and was able to navigate last minute changes.
When I went to fix the Bride and Groom Plate, the meat was literally falling a part! Talk about GOOD PROBLEMS! Tender, Juicy, Flavorful.
I unfortunately had to spring a task upon him (cutting the cake), but he was more than happy to appease. Thank You Chef D, for everything honestly.
I look forward to working with you again.

Chef D did an amazing job for my 50th Birthday celebration. I had the following menu.

Turkey Burger Sliders
Vegetable Empanadas
Chicken Skewers
Cheddar Cheese Balls

The professionalism was top tier and so was the food. My guests were definitely pleased we had less guests than I thought and they ate just about all of the food. The servers were courteous when managing the buffet line I was so pleased thank you so much chef D for a job well done.
