buyer beware - she doesn't listen to you, will not negotiate with sellers for you - tries to get the highest price on a home instead working on your behalf - will lock you into a contract and viewing houses without telling what you qualify for (see her weird comment below...exactly why you need to be careful) and rush you into buying something that may be to your detriment. This was a very stressful experience and a waste of time.
