I have been working with Ms. Pettiford since 2017 and never did I have a problem with her. I live in Florida and she is the one taking care of my properties in Georgia with no worries. I really think that I have found my jewel . I will recommend her in a heartbeat!!!!

I moved to Atlanta,Ga from Saint Louis,Mo not knowing much about the Atlanta area. When I met Jewel, I realized she is very professional. We went out to a few houses together and she figured out exactly what I wanted and then she went to look at other homes until she found the ones I like. She knew all about the traffic in the area as well as the schools and neighborhoods. She found a house I loved and made sure she negotiated everything. I needed, including repairs and some furniture. We closed in two weeks and I LOVE my home. The way Ms, Jewel handled my house shopping experience I will truly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house...

I first met Jewel over a phone call while still in Houston through Zillow. As I explained to her my relocation plans she, without hesitation, was able to provide for me a contact for financing and an area of ATL that would likely attract me. I was very pleased! I was so pleased that I kept all of her information until the day I arrived in ATL. (for another 8 months) By the time I met Jewel in person, there was nothing left to do except hit the ground running! Just as the first impression I received she was a "breath of sunshine". Especially dealing with an indecisive client such as I!
