We've been receiving Zac Team flyers in the mail for years, and decided to use them as listing agent when we put our condo up for sale this year. We were fortunate to work with Ken Kraften as our listing agent, and he guided us through the listing process and all the way through closing. He was also instrumental in providing a great resource to help us in staging our unit, and then arranging for a photographer to come out and take some amazing photos. We had an offer within a week of listing and were under contract soon after that, and we closed on the sale 3 days ago and it couldn't have been smoother. Communication was top notch, and we were so thankful for Ken's help in navigating one big curve-ball regarding our required timing of the closing date.
