My experience working with Mr. Green has been nothing short of stellar. I needed to sell my rental property quickly and Mr. Green helped me accomplish this in a quick and efficient manner. I am so glad that I had someone this dedicated and knowledgeable to walk me through the selling process step by step (start to finish). On the very first day, Mr Green analyzed the property, gave me a ball park of what I could expect and helped me get my home ready to sell by providing resources for maintenance related issue. Mr. Green is extremely knowledgeable, professional , caring and thinks outside of the box when it come to challenging tasks. I would definitely recommend using his services for selling home, and purchasing your home. P.s. He listed my property and in less 1 day it was off the market! It really has a lot to do with his expertise and dedication! I wont go to anyone else for my home purchase needs!
