The Schiff team did a great job helping us find our new home. As newcomers to Atlanta we did not know which neighborhood would suit us best. Michael was very patient as we looked at a lot of properties around the city. He also was very knowledgeable about each neighborhood. While this was not our first home purchase it was our first purchase in Georgia. When it came time to make an offer and work through the closing process Michael and his office team were very helpful guiding us through each step. I would definitely use the Schiff team again when buying or selling a home.

Leigh is the best! She is friendly, knowledgeable, organized, strategic, resourceful, fun to work with, and always goes above and beyond. We loved working with her on the purchase of a recent home. She found the house for us and helped us navigate the whole purchase process, which was somewhat complex due to the nature of the property and age of the house. She has also worked with us to recommend contractors for improvements to the house. We would never work with anyone else! Michael also pitched in and provided helpful assistance and advice. They are a great team.

Leigh was so professional and knowledgeable. From advising improvements, to get the best price, to preparing eye catching marketing materials, to responding to all inquires, she excelled. In a remote vacation area inquiries started coming in as soon as listing went active. Showings scheduled immediately and after the first day the house was sold and closed at 20% over the asking price. Leigh and Michael handled everything and all we did was sign and cash the check. Been owining and selling houses for 50 years and no one even came close to the job done here. Thank you Leigh and Michael
